Indigenous sweat lodge experience

For hundreds of years, the indigenous people of Mexico have practiced a purifying steam bath.
Our temazcal, or steam bath, is based on traditional healing methods used by indigenous Mexicans in which the properties of fire and water are combined to purify the mind, body, and soul.

Temazcal sessions are held regularly upon request, minimum 4 participants. During the high season, the temazcal will be held Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 6 pm.

Couples' temazcal is available upon special request. This ceremony has been very popular with honeymooners and couples the night before their wedding ceremony.

Private group ceremonies also available upon request.

Dress: comfortable clothing such as a sarong or a swimsuit.
